The Trolley Unloader uses a spatula design to automatically transfer trays from the trolley to a conveyor.
The attached conveyor is intended to link up with any egg-related machine. This design is based on the traditional method, but it is much more advanced.
State-of-the-art vision software allows flexibility in trolley variations.
The trolley gets pushed manually into the approximate location and the Trolley Loader/ Unloader pulls and locks the trolley into position.
Trolley scanning
The Trolley Unloader scans trolleys shelves with state-of-the-art software.
Tray Capture
Spatulas enter the trolley, as they do traditionally. Cylinders lift, as spatulas retract with the trays. Cylinders now lower into position.
Pusher system
The large liner cylinder pushes trays on the conveyor.
Conveyor transfer
The short conveyor provided is synchronised with any egg-related machine.
Final conveyor
A final conveyor or chute assembly is installed to finish the tray washing process. From here, the trays can be manually unloaded or automatically unloaded with our Trolley Unloader.
