The Trolley Unloader uses a spatula design to automatically transfer trays from trolley to a conveyor. The attached conveyor is intended to link up with any egg related machine. This design
is based on the traditional method but much more advanced. State of the art vision software allows flexibility in trolley variations.
1. TROLLEY DOCKING: The trolley gets pushed manually into the approximate location and the Trolley Loader/ Unloader pulls and locks trolley into position.
2. TROLLEY SCANNING: The Trolley Unloader scans trolleys shelves with state of the art software.
3. TRAY CAPTURE: Spatulas enter the trolley as traditionally. Cylinders lift, as Spatulas retract with trays. Cylinders now lower into position.
4. PUSHER SYSTEM: The large liner cylinder pushes trays on the conveyor.
5. CONVEYOR TRANSFER: The short conveyor provided is synchronized with any egg related machine.
6. TROLLEY DOCKING: The trolley gets pushed manually into the approximate location and the Trolley Loader/ Unloader pulls and locks trolley into position.
7. TROLLEY SCANNING: The Trolley Unloader scans trolleys shelves with state of the art software.
8. PUSHER SYSTEM: The large liner cylinder captures trays from conveyor to spatulas.
