Candling Machine

The Automatic Candler Machine uses state of the art patented software to candle eggs. The

Candler candles 20,000 to 30,000 eggs an hour with 95% accuracy. Each egg is lifted for 360

degree detection. It has simple touch screen controls and robotic egg removal. The interactive

structure adjustable to any specific laboratory needs.

1. CONVEYOR: Starting conveyor works with the Rame-Hart Trolley Loader or in conjunction with any egg related equipment.

2. CANDLING STATION: The dark room allows full light operations. The Candler candles 20,000 to 30,000 eggs an hour by lifting the eggs for 360 degree detection. The state of the art patented technology examines each egg internally and externally for any defects. Each egg goes through 60 variable tests.

3. CANDLING RESULTS: Candling results are processed in seconds for operator on a simple touch screen. The touch screen shows the operator the defective eggs in an easily understood diagram. The patented software allows adjustability for any specific laboratory requirements.

4. REJECT STATION: The Candler Machine separates the defective eggs with robotics. The operator can examine or discard the eggs at this point.

5. MACHINE MOUNTING: The Automatic Candler Machine can feed trays out to a conveyor or retrofit to any egg related equipment.
